Our customized sleep plan for children aged 2-5 years old is designed to improve your child's sleep routine and resolve any sleep issues they may be experiencing.

Our expert sleep consultants will work with you to assess your child's current sleep habits and create a personalized plan that fits their individual needs. The plan includes age-appropriate bedtimes, nap times, and strategies to help your child learn how to fall asleep independently and cope with middle-of-the-night awakenings.

We understand that children over the age of 2 can be stubborn and resistant to changes in their sleep habits, which is why we offer 3 weeks of unlimited support via the Rested App. Our sleep consultants will be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have and provide ongoing guidance throughout the process.

In addition, we provide two emails to be used within 3 months after the initial 3 week period has expired to address any issues that may arise in the future. Our goal is to help your child develop healthy sleep habits that will last a lifetime, and we are committed to supporting you every step of the way.

How it Works

Step 1: Assessment Form

Once you sign up, you will receive an assessment form that will ask you questions about your child's current sleep patterns, habits, and routines. This form is designed to help our consultant gain an understanding of your child's sleep issues and prepare a customized sleep plan.

Step 2: 15 Minute Call

After you complete the assessment form, our sleep consultant will schedule a 15-minute call to discuss your child's sleep patterns and any specific concerns you may have. This call will allow our consultant to get to know you and your child better, as well as answer any questions you may have.

Step 3: Customized Sleep Plan

Based on the assessment form and call, our sleep consultant will prepare a personalized sleep plan for your child. This plan will include strategies to help your child fall asleep independently, stay asleep longer, and reduce middle-of-the-night waking. Our consultant will work with you to ensure that the plan is realistic and fits your family's unique needs.

Step 4: One-on-One Support

We provide one-on-one support for 3 weeks following the creation of your customized sleep plan via the Rested App. During this time, our consultant will be available to answer any questions you may have and provide guidance as you implement the plan.

Step 5: Follow-up Emails

After the 3 week support period has ended, you will have access to 2 follow-up emails that can be used at any time within 3 months. These emails are designed to provide ongoing support and answer any additional questions you may have as your child's sleep patterns continue to improve.

Your Questions Answered!

The time to sleep train a baby can vary. Every child is different, so some parents may see results in 2 - 4 nights, others may see results in 1 - 2 weeks. This really depends on the child and the consistancy in which the sleep plan is implemented

We will provide you with a sleep plan suited to your baby and your family. This plan includes bed times and nap times along with stratagies to help you assist your baby in learning how to fall asleep independently. We will assess your baby's progress and make any adjustments if necessary to these times so we can find the correct amount of sleep that your baby personally requires

We practice gentle sleep coaching at Happy Little Tyke, however even with the most gentle sleep training, we always let parents know that they should expect some tears. Especially if your baby has been relying on you or another type of sleep prop to fall asleep. Change can be hard for anyone and your baby is no different so some protesting is to be expected

Sleep training can be very challenging. You will be changing habits that have been created and starting new ones, which can be rather frustrating. As with any change of habit, consistancy is key! You may be tempted at times to revert back to the "old ways", but this will just prolong the process, and training will need to start over
